QiCli offers subscription-based services for AI-powered client onboarding automation. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

Refund Eligibility

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. This applies to:

  • Monthly Pro subscriptions
  • Yearly Pro subscriptions
  • Per-client subscriptions

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. Time Limit: Request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  2. First Subscription Only: Refund policy applies only to the first subscription period
  3. No Abuse: Refunds are not available for accounts that have been flagged for abuse or violation of terms of service

What's Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 14-day period
  • Usage-based charges (AI credits consumed)
  • Refunds requested after 14 days from purchase
  • Accounts that have violated our terms of service

How to Request a Refund

Contact Support (Recommended)

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Fill out the contact form with:
    • Your account email
    • Subscription details
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Note: Canceling your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal does not automatically process a refund. You must contact support for refund requests within the 14-day window.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Prorated Refunds

Currently, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. Refunds are only available as full refunds within the 14-day window.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

  • Stops future billing
  • Does not refund past payments
  • Access continues until period ends
  • Can be done anytime through Stripe Customer Portal

Refund

  • Returns money for a past payment
  • Subject to 14-day policy
  • Must be requested separately
  • Requires contact form submission

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
